Caregiver / PCA – Immediate Openings – Up to $16/hr

Chadon Health Services, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate openings throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

We are committed to providing high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care that helps individuals remain safe and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

* Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
* Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
* Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed
* Provide light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
* Provide medication reminders within the permitted scope of care
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with approved errands and daily activities
* Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
* Accurately document services provided
* Follow the client’s Plan of Care and agency policies
* Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications

* Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
* Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, home care, or related experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable transportation to client assignments
* Ability to meet applicable background screening, training, and employment requirements
* Dependable attendance and commitment to scheduled client visits

Compensation

$13.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, client assignment, and other applicable factors.
